Laramour Membership: Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction:

Welcome to the Laramour Membership Program (“Program”)! These Laramour Membership terms (“Membership Terms”) are an integral part of, and are governed by, the broader Laramour Terms of Use. They apply to your participation in the Program. Note that these Membership Terms do not change the Laramour Terms of Use or any other agreements you may have with Laramour concerning other products and services. If there are conflicts between these Membership Terms and the Laramour Terms of Use or sale terms, these Membership Terms will govern your participation in this Program.

2. Membership & Eligibility:

The Program is a loyalty program provided by Laramour to individuals who are at least 16 years old and reside legally in a location where Laramour does business (“Members”). The Program provides Members access to various exclusive perks and benefits that Laramour may offer periodically. Membership in the Program (“Membership”) is free and limited to one account per person. Minors must obtain consent from their legal guardian to participate. Unless Laramour permits otherwise, your Account (defined below) and related perks are for individual use only and cannot be assigned, transferred, or shared. Employees of Laramour may join the Program but might not qualify for all perks or other benefits, as Laramour determines.

BY APPLYING FOR MEMBERSHIP IN THE PROGRAM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU AGREE (OR, IF YOU ARE A MINOR, YOUR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN HAS AGREED) TO BE BOUND BY THESE MEMBERSHIP TERMS. NO PURCHASE IS REQUIRED TO JOIN THE PROGRAM.

3. Joining:

To become a Member, you must create a Laramour account (“Account”). You can create your Account and join the Program on the Laramour website, in a store location, or via the Laramour Mobile App by providing the information requested and agreeing to these Membership Terms. Current account holders with Laramour have already had their accounts upgraded automatically and will receive an email notification about their Laramour Account.

When you create your Account in-store, you’ll receive an email asking you to create a password for your Account. You must complete this step to access your Account and the Program.

To sign up for your account online at Laramour.com, select the profile icon and then Log In/Create Account. Follow the prompts to enter your email and create your account.

To sign-up for your Account on the Laramour Mobile App, follow the prompts to enter your email and create your Account. Use of your Laramour Account on the Laramour App requires that you agree to, and comply with the Laramour Terms of Use and is for people in the United States only.

4. Information Needed:

When you register for your Account, you’ll be asked for your first and last name, phone number, and email address. You don’t have to give your birthday, but only Members who do are eligible for birthday-related perks. A current, working email is needed to take part in and get perks related to the Program. To inform Laramour about any email address change or to make substantial changes to your Account details, get in touch with our support team.

5. How to Opt-Out:

You can stop getting communications about your Laramour Membership by unsubscribing from emails, text messages, or turning off push notifications for the Laramour app. You can also leave the Laramour Program at any time by deleting your Account. To remove your Account, submit a request for deletion through our Privacy Portal. If you delete your Account or your involvement in the Program is otherwise terminated, you won’t be able to use your Account or access Program perks, including those related to past purchases, and all Membership perks will be canceled.

6. Membership Perks:

Members who enroll in the Program may be eligible for certain benefits or perks occasionally, at Laramour’s sole discretion. You agree that any special offers are available for a limited time while supplies last. Such offers may change at any time, and are subject to any extra conditions that Laramour might specify periodically. Laramour can change, suspend, or end any perks, benefits, and/or promotions at any time for any reason without prior notice. Some perks may be available only through certain means (such as in stores, on the Laramour website, or the Laramour app), as indicated by Laramour. Laramour might change these perks to make them available via other channels, but doesn’t have to do so and might not extend the perk beyond its original availability.

Membership perks can include promotions such as:

Gift with Purchase. Offers where you get a free gift with a purchase might be given to Members by Laramour occasionally. Minimum purchase amounts, inventory limits, or geographic restrictions might be in place. Gifts can’t be transferred, have no cash value, and can’t be exchanged.

Exclusive Products. Laramour might make exclusive products available to Members occasionally. These could include limited-edition items, early releases, unique colors, or other products Laramour designates. Additional eligibility rules, inventory limits, or geographic restrictions might be in place. What’s available might vary by retail location and channel. Certain products might be exclusive for just a limited time, and Laramour might decide to limit how many exclusive products a Member can buy.

Early Access to Product Drops and/or Sales. Laramour might offer early access to select sales and new products to Members. Discounts (including employee discounts) and other promotions can’t be combined with purchases of items that are already on sale. Limits and geographic restrictions may be in place. What’s available and the selection might vary.

Free Shipping. Each Monday, Members can get free shipping on items they buy within the times listed below, without having to spend a minimum amount, when they make their purchase through their Laramour Account. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be handled and shipped according to Laramour’s regular shipping rules and procedures. Delivery times might vary. Limits and geographic restrictions may be in place.

For Free Shipping eligibility, orders need to be made during these times:

United States: 12 AM EST Monday to 3 AM EST Tuesday

Birthday Perks. Members who have provided a valid birthday for their Account may be eligible for select birthday perks such as styling sessions or discounts on select products. Birthday Perks can only be used during the Member’s birthday month, can’t be transferred or exchanged, and have no cash value. Laramour can change or stop any perks at any time, at its discretion. Styling sessions depend on availability and have to be scheduled beforehand. Birthday perk discounts can only be used on items at regular price and can’t be combined with other promotions or discounts, or used with gift cards. Certain blackout dates (like Black Friday and Boxing Day promotional periods) might be in effect. If you qualify for a birthday perk and have chosen to get marketing communications, Laramour will email you with the details of your perk and any requirements or limits. Limits, minimum purchase amounts, and inventory or geographic restrictions may be in place.

Brand Experiences and Community Events. Members might be eligible for special Laramour brand experiences occasionally, like exclusive offers or access to special events. Eligibility might vary (including limits like age or requirements based on local laws and regulations). Limits and geographic restrictions may be in place. If a Member gets an invite to a brand or community event, the invite can’t be transferred and Members have to RSVP following the instructions in the invite. You might need to register on a third-party platform (which means agreeing to their terms of use). Invites can’t be sold or transferred and have no cash value.

Personal Styling Recommendations. Laramour might send Members personalized product suggestions, styling advice, and other fashion-related content. To get any marketing communications, a Member has to have chosen to receive marketing communications from Laramour, using a working email address. Members can opt out by using the “unsubscribe” link in the email or by contacting our support team. The frequency and content of the Newsletter may change at Laramour’s discretion.

7. Program Changes.

1. Laramour can limit, pause, or change the Program, at its discretion. Any significant changes to these Membership Terms will be posted online at https://Laramourjewelry.comand may also be emailed directly to Laramour Members and/or made available at Laramour Stores that are part of the Program. Significant changes include changes to the Program’s benefits.

1. If you do not end or cancel your involvement in the Program by sending Laramour notice within thirty (30) days after the change takes effect, your continued involvement in the Program means you agree to be bound by the change.

8. Ending the Program.

We can end the Program and will give thirty (30) days’ notice beforehand, posted at stores that are part of the Program and on our website at https://Laramourjewelry.com/ or through other communications to Members, including email. Your choice to take part in the Program is voluntary, and you can stop at any time.

9. Arbitration, Class Action Waivers, No Jury Trial

1. Binding Arbitration. You agree that the only way to resolve any disputes and claims that cannot be resolved informally and that relate to or arise from the Program is through final and binding arbitration, unless you have somehow infringed upon or violated any intellectual property right of Laramour, its affiliates or any third party, or any privacy or publicity rights. If that is the case, you acknowledge that arbitration is not an adequate remedy at law and that injunctive or other appropriate relief may be sought by Laramour, its affiliates or applicable third parties.

1. No Class Actions. You agree that you will only bring any claim against us on your own and not as part of a class arbitration, class action, or representative action.

1. No Jury Trial. If a claim or proceeding is permitted in court for any reason, you waive any right to a jury trial.

10. Governing Law.

These Membership Terms and related matters are governed solely by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any disagreement between you and Laramour related to these Membership Terms shall be resolved before the courts in Los Angelos.

11. Privacy and Personalization.

Certain Member data, like preferences, past purchase history, and browsing behavior, may be used to provide Members with personalized product suggestions in marketing communications. Laramour values your privacy and does not share individual subscriber data with third parties without your consent. 12. California Notice of Financial Incentive.

Under California law, loyalty programs can be considered a financial incentive. If the Program is deemed a financial incentive, you can stop participating at any time by canceling your Account. See our California Privacy Notice for more information about our privacy practices.

13. General.

If we don’t use any of our rights or remedies under these Membership Terms or by law, or if we delay doing so, that doesn’t mean we give up those rights or remedies. Using a right or remedy once or partially doesn’t prevent us from using it again later. Each provision in these Membership Terms is separate. If a court finds that a provision is invalid or unenforceable, that doesn’t affect the validity or enforceability of the other provisions.
