Do you have a warranty?

We offer two-year warranty on all our jewelry. Manufacturing defects like breakage or tarnishing are covered in this time and we’re committed to replacing these quickly and at no cost. Contact us via support@laraour.com If you have any questions about warranty and what is covered.

Our returns period is currently 30 working days and starts from the date you receive your order.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returning orders subject to a return fee will be deducted from the amount being refunded to you.

We aim to process all returns within 14 working days, however in some cases this may be extended to 30 working days during busy times of the year.

However, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customized pieces since each single piece is made to order, unless if there’s a significant delay of your order on our end. Please do not hesitate to email us via support@laramour.com if you have any other questions or concerns.

An email confirmation would be sent to you after you complete your purchase. When your package is shipped, you will get a shipping confirmation email from us with a tracking number. You can enter the tracking number in the provided carrier website for more information.

CAN I GET MY ITEM ENGRAVED?

Yes, you can select our free engraving option while you place your order. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customized pieces since each single piece is made to order, unless if there’s a significant delay of your order on our end. Please do not hesitate to email us via support@laramour.com if you have any other questions or concerns.

Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email.

Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it. Otherwise, contact us via support@laraour.com and we will be able to re-send your confirmation email to you for your reference.

We are unable to edit orders once they’ve been placed. We’re able to cancel or change a ready-to-ship jewelry purchase before the order has been prepared for shipment, which is generally within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, it cannot be cancelled. Please reach out to support@laraour.com for assistance.

Invoice will be automatically sent with your delivery, if you have any questions about your Invoice, please contact us via support@laraour.com quoting your order number. We will be more than happy to help answer any questions or resolve any problems.

Gift wrapping is available for $5 (per order). Simply tick the Gift-Wrapping box in your shopping bag, where you can also add a personal message.

In rare cases, you may notice two transactions in your bank account after placing an order. Rest assured, this doesn’t mean you’ve been charged twice. What you’re seeing is a pre-authorization request by your bank before the actual payment is processed. One of the transactions will be automatically reversed, and you’ll only be charged once for your order. Please email us if you need further assistance on this.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

An email confirmation would be sent to you after you complete your purchase. When your package is shipped, you will get a shipping confirmation email from us with a tracking number. You can enter the tracking number in the provided carrier website for more information.

International orders please expect a 7-10 days delivery time. This is due to the transition between shipping carriers for international orders. Detailed tracking might not be updated daily, please check back on the tracking every few days.

Standard delivery are free of shipping. However, if you need a 2-days express delivery, an extra $30 is applied.

Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur an additional shipping charge if they are reshipped. After an order has been shown to be delivered to a correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost of stolen packages.

If an order is returned to us due to invalid/insufficient address, or unclaimed, a reshipping fee of $6 USD would incur.

When you receive the tracking number update via email, your package has already shipped. However, the tracking number only updates the last shipping carrier for final delivery so you are not able to see the first half of the transit process. Your package is currently in transit with the first shipping carrier, and you will see the tracking update when it arrives at a local distribution center of the last shipping carrier.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?

All of our pieces are 18k gold or sterling silver so they are definitely made for longevity if you try to avoid water and any chemicals such as makeup or hair products. 

You can clean your jewelry with a soft cloth or tissue. We do not recommend shower or sleep in them as it’s best to avoid having your jewelry in contact with moisture or any chemicals so you can enjoy them for a long time. However, showering or sleep in them occasionally should not be a problem!

Always store your jewelry pieces individually, preferably in your Laramour box or pouch so that they don’t rub together, scratch or tangle. Your gold vermeil and silver jewelry should be kept in a dark, cool and dry place.

HOW DO I FIND MY RING SIZE?

HOW DO I FIND MY RING SIZE?

Start by cutting a narrow strip of paper or using a piece of string that can comfortably wrap around your finger.

Carefully wrap the paper or string around the finger where you plan to wear the ring, ensuring it fits snugly without being too tight.

Mark the spot where the two ends meet around your finger.

Lay the paper or string flat against a ruler and measure the distance from the end to the mark you made. This number represents the circumference of your finger.

Use the ring size chart* to find your ring size based on the circumference. If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

Don’t worry if your ring doesn’t fit your finger because you can send your ring back for free resizing within the first 60 days following the receipt of your order. Please read our return policy for further information.
